Mr. Jahangir Habibi said: “despite the many problems, including; unable to move the currency, insufficient allocation of financial resources to participate in the Expo, restrictions on visa issuance and etc., which make pressure on the group of activists involved in the expo event during these few months, We sincerely announce that thanks the merciful God and compassionate efforts of Dr. Hassan Zamani and the members of the Expo committee due to the construction of the pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Dubai is finishing and spent its last constructive progress days.”
According to the reporting by the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company (I.I.E.C PR), He also stated: “The pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Iran was built with limited resources and facilities at the level of the ability of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company and in the face of artificially colored and shining glitter pavilions of some countries and the cost of several hundred million Dirhams which are spend for constructing the pavilion of some countries; the pavilion of the Islamic Republic of Iran is very beautiful and originally designed and built; so, it is a symbol of “Shahrzad Irani” and a sign of kindness, altruism, endurance and patience of the people of Iran. The sobriety of the Iran pavilion caresses the eyes of every visitor kindly & firmly.”
He said that in these few days, we have been working along with the honorable workers together accompanying with another member of the Expo committee, Eng. Mirzafarjoyan on hot weather with a temperature of 44 degrees and also he added: “We are thankful and proud of Iran and Iranians.”
At the end, he added: "I would like to express my gratitude and appreciations to all persons, organizations and institutions that have courageously supported this great national duty, and I ask the Merciful God to make the name of Iran shine throughout the universe and always be a symbol in the world."
